Job Overview

  • We are looking for a confident, results-driven Inside Sales Intern to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon
  • In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, promoting our cutting-edge sales automation platform, and supporting the sales team through effective communication and lead follow-up
  • The internship will initially be for six weeks, with the possibility of extension based on performance
  • This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience, improve your communication skills, and make a direct impact on business growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote our sales automation product to potential clients
  • Communicate fluently and professionally in both Hindi and English
  • Clearly explain product features and benefits, and address customer queries effectively
  • Record all customer interactions and feedback accurately in internal systems
  • Follow up consistently with leads to nurture interest and convert them into customers
  • Leverage LinkedIn and email outreach to connect with prospects, generate leads, and maintain engagement
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through effective persuasion and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to support long-term customer acquisition
  • Interns will be expected to leverage their personal LinkedIn accounts for professional outreach and engagement

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales or business development role
  • Prior sales or internship experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
