Location: Bangalore, onsiteYears of Exp: 8-12Job Summary:We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager with hands-on experience in bulk/volume hiring and offer management to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment across multiple functions and overseeing the complete offer process lifecycle to ensure seamless candidate onboarding. Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute bulk/volume hiring drives for frontline, junior, and mid-level positions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and build hiring strategies accordingly.

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Own and streamline the offer management process: salary negotiation, offer letter generation, documentation, and pre-onboarding engagement. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations during the hiring and offer process.

Analyze hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and implement process improvements. Provide timely reports and dashboards to senior management on hiring status and offer conversion. Key Requirements:Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (preferably across multiple locations).

Strong knowledge of offer management processes and HR systems/tools (ATS/HRMS). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in staffing agencies, BPOs, or large-scale hiring setups is a plus.
