Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Manager located in Mumbai(Andheri). The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating with various teams, managing resources, ,vendor pool and vendor rates. Daily tasks include creating project plans, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and communicating with stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Vendor Management, Resource Allocation, and Time Management skills
- Experience in Project Planning and Coordination
- Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
