Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Telesales Representative. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients through phone calls, understanding their needs, promoting Physioplus services, and converting leads into customers. The role also involves providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and assisting clients in understanding the benefits of available physiotherapy services. Additionally, the Telesales Representative will work closely with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills to assist clients and resolve inquiries effectively
  • Sales expertise with the ability to convert leads, upsell services, and achieve sales targets
  • Experience in training or educating clients about products and services is a plus
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a focus on achieving measurable results
  • Proficiency in using basic office software and CRM tools
  • Prior experience in telesales or healthcare services is advantageous
