Whizz HR is looking for a Content Director in Mumbai. About the RoleAs Content Directoryou are the fountainhead of communication thattransforms creativity into business impact. You'll lead the charge in shaping the brand's voice, storytelling, and advertising that moves hearts — and conversions.

This role is for a master of words who can craft sharp, high-converting communication across digital and traditional platforms. This role willl be reporting to the Marketing and Communcations Head. Key ResponsibilitiesInsights & Creativity

  • Unearth deep consumer insights by researching their problems, fears, needs, and aspirations.
  • Lead and inspire a team of copywriters, scriptwriters, and content creators to produce powerful content and ad creatives.
  • Write and oversee the creation of ad copies, scripts, scroll-stopping headlines, and irresistible offers that demand action.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop campaign concepts for newspapers, TV, radio, and digital platforms that resonate across Bharat's diverse audience.
  • Run A/B tests on Meta, Google, and digital channels to identify top-performingcreatives that drive sales and conversions.

Design & Brand Building

  • Apply a keen eye for minimalist design that integrates copy and visuals seamlessly.
  • Build and uphold the brand playbook, ensuring consistency in personality, tone, and voice across all channels — from print and TV to landing pages, SMS, WhatsApp, call centers, and clinics.
