Designation: Remote Technical Support Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: B.sc, BCA, B.E, Diploma in IT Background

Experience: 3+ Years of experience

Required Skills: Network support, Remote support to end users, Ticketing tool.

  1. Installing new software applications, updating existing software, and configuring settings according to company policies and user requirements.

  2. Applying security patches and updates to operating systems and software to maintain system integrity.

  3. Diagnosing and resolving problems related to operating systems, applications, network connectivity, hardware malfunctions, and software installations on users' desktops.

  4. Creating and managing user accounts, resetting passwords, and managing access permissions.

  5. Applying security patches and updates to operating systems and software to maintain system integrity.

  6. Expertise in using remote desktop software like TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), or similar tools.

  7. Providing technical guidance to users on basic computer operations, troubleshooting steps and answering questions regarding software usage.

  8. Utilizing remote desktop tools to access users' computers and perform troubleshooting steps directly.

  9. Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, common applications, network protocols, and basic hardware troubleshooting.

  10. Documenting user issues within a ticketing system, tracking progress, and updating status on resolved issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
