Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions to elicit
    business and technical requirements
    .
  • Prepare detailed
    BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
    .
  • Develop
    process flows, requirement traceability matrices, and effort estimations
    .
  • Collaborate with technical experts for
    feasibility, cost analysis, and solution validation
    .

Solution Design & Evaluation

  • Translate requirements into
    end-to-end solution designs and workflows
    .
  • Define integration requirements for
    ERP/CRM and third-party APIs
    .
  • Document
    functional and non-functional requirements
    (performance, scalability, security, localization).
  • Validate designs and wireframes with UI/UX teams.

Stakeholder Communication & Management

  • Act as liaison between
    clients, developers, QA, and product owners
    .
  • Simplify
    complex technical concepts
    for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage conflicting requirements and
    scope changes
    with clear impact analysis.
  • Provide regular updates and presentations to clients and leadership.

Project Planning & Delivery Support

  • Contribute to
    effort estimations, risk identification, and project timelines
    .
  • Support project managers in progress tracking and dependency management.
  • Use tools like
    Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
    for requirement and delivery tracking.
  • Assist in
    UAT, functional testing, and deployment readiness
    .

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of
    functional vs non-functional requirements
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento)
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    ERP/CRM integrations, APIs, and SQL queries
    .
  • Proficiency in
    requirement documentation, wireframes, and estimation models
    .
  • Excellent
    analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    .
  • Ability to manage
    multiple projects in parallel
    with structured prioritization.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile methodologies and traceability practices
    .
  • Experience in
    Figma or BI tools
    is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • Certification in
    Business Analysis or Project Management
    preferred.
