What will you do?
Project Management around the maintenance and enhancement of Core HR and Workforce Administration Data
Project Management for onboarding and maintenance of existing HR Systems and tools required in the Workforce Administration area
Functional and Business Requirement formulation post discussions with the HR
CoE
and Services teams, and coordinating technology implementation with Schneider Digital
Champion automation, self-service, and AI-driven enhancements in WFA processes.
Lead digital maturity assessments and capability benchmarking.
Reimagine employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, exits, etc.) through digital workflows and intelligent automation.
Monitor and enhance user experience across digital touchpoints
Partner with IT and vendors to implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions
Ensure seamless integration of WFA systems with broader HR and enterprise platforms
Focus on enhancing employee experience for the entire global employee population at Schneider Electric
Contribute to data governance and quality standards for WFA-related data

This role will be
focused
on supporting the Workforce Administration Capability in enhancing and
optimizing
foundational HR Processes and data around the WFA area- providing centralized and compliant systems and processes for managing Human Capital.
This role supports the HR WFA Global Capability Owner with a Digital HR Focus. You will be part of a team that is leading the digital transformation of Workforce Administration (WFA) processes. This role blends HR operational
expertise
with digital innovation, ensuring that employee lifecycle processes are streamlined, automated, and
data-driven
.
The role involves close collaboration with other teams in the enterprise including Enterprise IT, HR
CoEs
and HR Services teams.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- MBA
or
B.Tech
(Computer Science)
from a reputed institution
- 3-7
years of experience in
Digital HR/ HR Systems
- Experience of managing Core HR/ Workforce Administration will be
an added plus
Demonstrated success in managing communications, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis.
A proactive mindset with a passion for clarity, alignment, and impactful storytelling.
