Looking for candidates only from Woven Garments experience.

  • AGM Operations

Job Description:

  1. Capable to head and control the Group / Factory Operations and administration by systematic approach.

  2. Comprehensive knowledge of Product Technology and Safety Standards of Garment manufacturing. Capable to identify production related issues of a product, product safety problem areas and quickly recommend solutions.

  3. Expert knowledge in Production Budget & Costing, Quality Assurance, Garment Production & on time delivery with required financial controls.

  4. International & regional exposure with a through understanding of the entire woven garments manufacturing supply chain.

  5. Strong knowledge in Man, Machine & Material Management, capable of individually handling a profitable garment manufacturing unit.

  6. Strong knowledge of woven fabric manufacturing process, garment sourcing, sewing & value-added techniques, capable to handle and deliver orders on time within budgeted costs.

  7. Executing orders from initial sample to final shipment, in alignment with Merchandising.

  8. Risk analysis & effective utilization of capacities. Well versed with Garments sewing techniques. Capable to do group production planning, Monitor and control In-house & Subcontractor's Production to achieve on time delivery.

  9. Mentoring the teams to achieve 100% on time delivery & 100% compliance in ISO, SA8000 and WRAP, GOTS requirements/ certifications.

  10. Implementation of Lean management for improved production & cost-effective methods.

  11. Monthly KPI achievement Meeting to review the monthly performance of each department.

  12. Regular meeting with Management to update on profit/ efficiency/ improvement strategy.

Preference:

  • With 10-15 years working experience in garment field in woven operations will be preferred

  • Strong understanding of the market conditions and trends

  • Good Product knowledge, strong mathematical, analytical & problem-solving skills and negotiation skills: Smart, intelligent, fun, goal orientated, and driven by Integrity.

  • Positive and professional attitude

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Team player and team builder and leader

  • Flexible to travel and extra-long hours as necessary

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹125,000.00 per month
