We are seeking a highly motivated Embedded Electronics Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems design, hardware-software integration, and strong coding skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing embedded solutions across microcontrollers, IoT devices, and electronic systems.

ey Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, AVR, ESP32, STM32, etc.).
  • Work on electronics circuit design, PCB debugging, and hardware integration.
  • Develop robust and optimized C/C++ code for embedded platforms, including RTOS-based applications.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and validation of embedded systems using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to bring up new boards and integrate firmware.
  • Implement communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus, RS485, BLE, Wi-Fi, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, safety, and reliability standards.
  • Participate in full product lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Document technical designs, test results, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in embedded systems design and development.
  • Strong coding skills in C/C++ (mandatory), with working knowledge of Python or Embedded Linux preferred.
  • Proficiency in microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M, STM32, ESP32, PIC, etc.).
  • Experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar).
  • Hands-on with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, JTAG, SWD).
  • Good understanding of digital/analog electronics, sensors, and power management.
  • Familiarity with Git, SVN, or other version control tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP/HTTPS, LoRaWAN, Zigbee, etc.).
  • Exposure to Embedded Linux, Device Drivers, or BSP customization.
  • Familiarity with cloud integration (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google IoT Core).
  • Knowledge of safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC or automotive/aerospace electronics.
  • Experience in Matlab/Simulink, Model-Based Design, or simulation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹75,000.00 per month
