About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business development with kitchen companies, architects, interior designers, and builders. The ideal candidate is a hunter who thrives on acquiring new business, building strong relationships, and expanding market presence for premium quartz surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build strong relationships with kitchen companies, architects, interior designers, and builders.

Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — focusing on new business acquisition.

Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups to drive conversions.

Recommend suitable quartz surface solutions based on client requirements.

Track competitor activities and share actionable insights with leadership.

Maintain long-term client relationships and represent the company at industry events.

Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in sales for reputed kitchen companies, premium interior products, or related segments.

Strong network within the kitchen, architecture, and design industry.

Knowledge of quartz surfaces preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, energetic, and willing to travel frequently.

Hunter sales mindset — proactive in identifying and winning new accounts.
