Required qualification : B.Sc(Chemistry)/M.Sc(Chemistry)

Required Experience : 1 to 2 years

CTC budget : 3 LPA

Roles and responsibilities :

  • Monitoring and overseeing plant operations - batch monitoring, unit operations like addition separation, distillation, packing, raw material sampling, etc
  • Identifying problems that arise and escalate to shift incharge /plant incharge during L-1 Meetings.
  • Ensuring that safety and environmental rules and programs are strictly adhered to.
  • Observing gauges, dials, switches, and alarms, and other indicators to ensure that all machines are working properly as per regular preventative maintenance cycle.
  • Assisting the field team with startup, shutdown, and operations of facility equipment.
  • Maintaining 5S - a clean, hazard-free work environment.
