Educational Qualification: B.E. in Chemical with minimum 10 of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

· Supervision in all stages of a project – Management of project from concept to commissioning. Ensure all activities for the project are timely delivered from Engineering, Procurement, Construction during project inatallation stage. During Commissioning and further Operation ensure timely completion of activities w.r.t engineering, start-up, commissioning, stabilisation and trouble shooting.

· Management of department workload - Supervising engineering efforts on projects and coordinating with lead engineers & PMs to monitor the progress, budget & schedule.

· Technical governance - ensuring the quality of the technical inputs required for maintaining the operation productivity and safety with appropriate process engineering capabilities.

· Quality assurance - Ensuring compliance with requisite codes ,project and corporate quality norms, Formulations of procedures and checklist to ensure quality in all stages of operation and product , identifying the gaps and establishing the need for deployment and training of quality personnel and updating required procedures based on feedback monitoring system

· Resourcing – man-power planning, recruitment & training

· Technical & safety audits - performing peer review, chairing various internal and external design & safety review sessions

· Ensure statutory approvals required for plant operations are obtained as per schedule

· Build relationships based on trust with a wide range of stakeholders.

Revelant Experience:

Ø Management of Petrochemical project from concept to commissioning with supervision of timely deliverables to ensure project progress.

Ø Construction Assistance (Developing detail construction plan, Guidance to construction team, Construction quality audits)

Ø Startup and Stabilization (Pre start-up safety audit, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Plant stabilization, Performance test, Training of operation team)

Ø Project Management (Detailed project costing, Project management consulting, Detailed project planning)

Job requirements:

1. Minimum of 10 years experience in Petrochemical Industry .

  1. Proficient in Excel, MS-Project and project management activities.
  2. Good communication skills.

  3. Strong Leadership and Supervisory skills.

  4. Able to work in team.

Job location: Surat, Gujrat

Notice Period: Immediate or 15-30 days joining.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,548,634.17 per year
