QA Team Lead

8 - 12 years Ahmedabad

QUALITY ANALYST TEAM LEAD

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with Agile methodologies (or relevant SDLC).

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques (e.g., functional & non-functional, performance, security, scalability).

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest QA tools and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to the testing process.

  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments (Development, Product/Project Management, Sales team, CSM team).

  • Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit) is a plus.

  • Hold a good API testing experience (using POSTMAN/Swagger/SOAPUI etc)

  • Work with a business analyst/Project manager to get test scenarios/cases reviewed and approved.

  • Support automating traceability of Stories, Acceptance Criteria and test cases through the integration of CI and BDD frameworks and tools

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Expertise in developing test strategy, test plans and test cases, engaging in Exploratory testing, creating and analysing Defect Reports and root-cause analysis

  • Experience in creating dashboards for data quality measurements with KPIs.
