Chassis development- Wheels

Component level development & co-ordinate for Wheels & Tyres.

• Designing of wheels, chain & tires system

• Concept layout preparation for chain and wheels system

• Ability to design components - wheel system.

• Conduct design calculations for wheel system

• Hands experience in Catia

• Sound knowledge on wheel system.

• Perform DFMEA, DVP & design reviews

• Vehicle and system level benchmarking of competitors

• Prepare SOR/RFQ for tyres

• To co-ordinate for resolving field concerns, advance problem solving techniques.

• Generation of detailed benchmarking database for future reference.

• Interact with vendors in development of components to achieved desired performance and cost.

BE/ Btech ( Mechanical / Automobile engineer / Rubber technology )

Knowledge of Strenght of matarials , Mechanics.
GDC tool development.
Knowledge of various tyre standards
GD&T basic knowledge as per ASME preferred.
Hands on experience in vehicle dynamic behavior with tyre function.
