Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage and control our raw material store. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely supply of materials as per work order requirements, maintain accurate inventory records, and manage stock through our ERP system. Strong Excel and data management skills are essential for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:Plan, receive, issue, and maintain raw materials as per production work orders.
  • Update all stock transactions and movement details accurately in the ERP system.
  • Regularly reconcile physical stock with ERP records.
  • Monitor material usage and wastage to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts teams for material flow and reporting.
  • Generate and maintain Excel reports for stock tracking, consumption, and forecasting.
  • Implement systematic labeling, binning, and storage for easy material traceability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and inventory control standards.
  • Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a raw material or manufacturing store preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Zoho / custom ERP).
  • Advanced Excel skills — including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Preferred Attributes:Experience in production-based environments.
  • Ability to develop and implement inventory management systems.
  • A disciplined and proactive approach to work.
