Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving showroom sales, building strong customer relationships, and creating marketing strategies (both offline and online) to increase brand visibility and footfall.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product knowledge and styling suggestions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build long-term customer loyalty through excellent service.
  • Handle billing, product exchanges, and high-value transactions responsibly.

Marketing:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote collections, festivals, and offers.
  • Manage showroom social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) with engaging content.
  • Coordinate with designers and management for promotional photoshoots.
  • Collaborate with local communities, influencers, and event organizers for brand promotions.
  • Track competitor activities and suggest innovative marketing strategies.

Store & Brand Management:

  • Ensure attractive visual merchandising of jewellery displays.
  • Maintain customer database for follow-ups and promotional communication.
  • Assist in planning seasonal campaigns, exhibitions, and trunk shows.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (Commerce, Marketing, or Jewellery-related course preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in jewellery sales/retail/marketing.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery (preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Proactive, creative, and customer-focused personality.
