Sales Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and grow our sales vertical - from strategy to execution.
  • Drive revenue through community trips, memberships, and partnerships.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create impact.
  • Recruit and mentor our sales team as we scale.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or travel sales.
  • A self-starter who loves challenges and thrives in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Passion for travel and people-first mindset.
