Job Overview
We are looking for a female Back Office Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative
operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a pleasant
and professional communication style. This role involves coordination, documentation,
follow-ups, and regular use of digital platforms. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone and email.
- Coordinate with field staff or supervisors to collect regular updates and reports.
- Prepare and send estimates for various services or charges to customers.
- Follow up on pending tasks with relevant team members.
- Update payment records, customer details, and service statuses in internal systems
(e.g., Zoho Creator).
- Maintain and reconcile daily records such as BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement).
- Categorize and track all incoming payments using the designated platform.
- Organize and file expense bills systematically.
- Assist in monthly tasks such as processing salaries and vendor payments.
- Make follow-up calls for pending payments and renewals.
- Participate in periodic field/site visits for coordination and meetings.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Fluency in English; Kannada/Hindi proficiency is a plus.
