Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brew Master located in Hyderabad. The Brew Master will be responsible for managing the brewing process from start to finish, including selecting ingredients, brewing, and quality control. The role involves developing new beer recipes, maintaining equipment, ensuring hygiene standards, and overseeing the packaging process. Additionally, the Brew Master will collaborate with the team to create unique experiences for guests, provide training to staff, and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong brewing skills and experience in recipe development
• Knowledge of quality control, hygiene standards, and brewing equipment maintenance

• Technical skills in managing the brewing process and understanding of industry trends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in brewing are beneficial
