Barista Master

We are looking for a Barista master to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea.

Barista Master responsibilities to prepare drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates.

**KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Greet customers as they enter

2. Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients

3. Take orders while paying attention to details

4. Prepare beverages following recipes

5. Can froth the milk and make coffee as per the standard.

6. Should have the basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine

7. Knows the descriptions, basic ingredients and serving standards for all food items from the menu.

8. HACCP or equivalent standards to maintain the highest level of Hygiene.

9. Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

10. Comply with health and safety regulations

11. Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
