
Sales Lead Manager

We are looking for a driven Outbound Sales & Partnerships person to lead 2Factor's outbound motion—owning lead generation, pitching, closing, and eventually building a sales team. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate enterprise leads using data research and prospecting tools.
- Reach out to high-ticket clients, set up discovery calls, and schedule meetings.
- Understand client pain points and pitch tailored 2Factor solutions.
- Conduct competitive analysis to refine positioning.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle – from outreach, proposals, and negotiations to onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure smooth delivery.
- Upsell and cross-sell when relevant.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to sales strategy and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5–8 years in B2B outbound/enterprise sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client prospecting, and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
- Strong in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Familiar with CRM and prospecting tools.
- Background in SaaS, CPaaS, or tech/API products preferred.
- Bonus: On-field sales, startup exposure, or experience building sales teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
