Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
HSM Engineer
to design, implement, and manage
Thales CipherTrust Data Security solutions
and
Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant encryption solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement
    Thales CipherTrust Data Security solutions
    , including:
  • CipherTrust Manager
  • Data Discovery and Classification
  • Transparent Encryption
  • Cloud Key Manager
  • Deploy and configure
    Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
    and integrate with existing systems.
  • Provide
    technical expertise on data security, encryption, tokenization, and data masking
    best practices.
  • Assist in the development of
    security architecture, documentation, and compliance frameworks
    .
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams for
    project planning and execution
    .
  • Conduct
    training and knowledge transfer sessions
    for clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve
    technical issues during and after implementation
    .
  • Work with
    cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
    .

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    HSM implementation and key management solutions
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Thales CipheTrust suite
    (CipherTrust Manager, DDC, Transparent Encryption, CKM).
  • Strong knowledge of
    encryption technologies, tokenization, and data masking
    .
  • Experience in
    cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    .
  • Ability to
    troubleshoot complex security solutions
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and client-facing skills
    .
