Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive end-to-end program execution. The role involves overseeing multiple projects in Java/Python/Cloud environments, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives, and managing cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead
    project planning
    activities, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (Java, Python, Cloud) to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
  • Proactively manage
    risk identification and mitigation strategies
    to ensure program success.
  • Drive
    cross-functional coordination
    among engineering, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide team members to promote skill growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement and monitor
    process improvements
    to enhance delivery efficiency and program outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication, status updates, and reporting.
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with organizational objectives and client requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in
    program/project management
    in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of
    Java/Python technologies
    and/or
    Cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Expertise in
    risk management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience in driving
    cross-functional programs
    in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in IT/software.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification is an added advantage
