Job Summary:
Technology Lead with a strong background in PEGA BPM and Automation Anywhere RPA platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving automation and process optimization strategies, leading technical teams, and delivering end-to-end solutions that streamline business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using PEGA and Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process automation needs and convert them into technical solutions.
- Define solution architecture, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in both BPM and RPA domains.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior team members.
- Monitor the performance and stability of automation bots and PEGA applications in production.
- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs), tool evaluations, and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in all automation implementations.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and report progress to leadership.
- Work with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, business analysts) to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of overall IT experience with 4 years in PEGA and 3 years in Automation Anywhere.
- Hands-on expertise in PEGA PRPC including case design, flows, activities, data pages, integrations, and rules management.
- Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere A360 platform including bot creation, control room, bot runners, and bot insights.
- Experience in integrating RPA with BPM systems or other enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PEGA CLSA (Lead System Architect) or CSA/CSSA certifications.
- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional.
- Experience in cloud-based deployment (AWS, Azure) of PEGA or RPA solutions.
- Familiarity with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
- Prior experience in financial services, healthcare, or telecom domains is desirable.
