Understand current, future client needs and develop roadmap keeping complexity, feasibility, business value of features/functionality

Lead design and development work for Pega Disputes/Pega Customer Service/Pega Collections projects providing guidance to team members

Pega 8 readiness

Architect, design, and develop advanced configuration solutions using Pega 8

Review/approve design and logic configurations

Consult and train clients as required

Ability to communicate effectively with leadership as well as junior staff resources

Mentoring junior staff resources on project cadence and technology ramp up
