Customer Marketing & Data Analyst
We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Customer Marketing & Data Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines the strategic responsibilities of customer marketing with the technical rigor of data analysis. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, and growth through data-driven insights and targeted marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights:
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various platforms (CRM, website, campaign tools, etc.).
Identify trends, patterns, and customer behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau and equivalent.
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to provide data insights for business decisions.
Segment customers based on lifecycle stage, usage, and behavior for personalised marketing.
Customer Marketing:
Plan, execute, and optimise customer marketing campaigns (email, onboarding, loyalty, cross-sell, upsell).
Manage CRM tools and customer journeys to ensure timely and relevant communication.
Track and report on customer engagement metrics, campaign ROI, and retention performance.
Foster customer advocacy through reviews, referrals, and success stories.
Sales Ops Schemes:
Design and execute operational incentive schemes and internal programs to drive sales productivity.
Analyze sales team performance and recommend optimisation strategies.
Support forecasting, territory planning, and performance benchmarking.
Work with sales leadership to align marketing and ops initiatives with revenue goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
5 years of experience in a role involving both marketing and data analysis in a leading FMCG industry (preferably Ice cream/ Beverages / Food Industry)
Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
Excellent communication, project management, and storytelling skills
