Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer specializing in Events to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in graphic design for events.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities in event contexts (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in event branding, demonstrating the ability to create cohesive and impactful visual identities for various events (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in 3d Maya for creating three-dimensional graphics and models specifically for events (Mandatory skill).
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for editing and retouching event-related images and creating visually stunning graphics.
  • Familiarity with InDesign for designing layouts and print materials such as event brochures, flyers, and posters.
  • Understanding of typography principles to effectively choose fonts and typesetting that aligns with event themes and purposes.
  • Ability to effectively use Canva for the creation of quick, high-quality graphic content tailored to the needs of various events.
  • Experience in motion graphics to create engaging and dynamic visual content for events, enhancing attendee experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and develop innovative graphic designs for a variety of events, ensuring they meet client specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with event planners and other team members to create cohesive branding that aligns with event themes and goals.
  • Utilize a variety of design tools, particularly Adobe Illustrator, 3d Maya, and other essential software, to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines, maintaining high quality and creativity in all outputs.
  • Prepare finalized design files for print and digital distribution, ensuring all specifications are met for production.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design processes and outputs for events.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations by analyzing the effectiveness of visual materials and suggest improvements for future events.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with company and event branding guidelines, maintaining visual integrity across all platforms.
