Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain robust backend systems, services, and APIs.
- Work closely with the frontend and product teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth user experiences.
- Optimize backend systems for better scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to backend logic, data flow, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to internal best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest backend frameworks, tools, and emerging AI innovations to drive technical excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with and Python.
- Strong understanding of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with API design, microservices, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows.
- Exposure to AI tools, models, or API integrations is a major plus.
- Good knowledge of performance tuning, caching strategies, and database architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or is an added advantage.
