Role Purpose:

The role is responsible for managing Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs) by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining them in compliance with business requirements. It ensures accurate records, supports audits, liaises with cross-functional teams, and provides guidance to peers, enabling effective oversight of a large global PVA portfolio.

Role & responsibilities:

  • To be responsible to assess and review business agreements to ensure correct PV language/clauses.
  • To determine the need for the a PVA, and to draft/negotiate/review/finalise PVAs with business partners.
  • To manage PVA records in MyPVA database, including but not limited to the entry, update and maintenance of PVA records.
  • To conduct a periodic review (3 yearly) of PVAs to ensure correctness and accuracy against the applicable business agreement/arrangement.
  • To handle assigned project/assignments, which impact the global PVA business.
  • To act as the PVA Owner/POC for Partner related audits and PV inspections. This includes handling any Corrective and Preventative Actions stemming from the same.
  • To support dedicated ASRs with local PVA management.
  • To cross-functionally liaise with applicable stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality, etc) and provide support with PVA related queries/support.
  • Support junior peers with their workload, queries and development.
