Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Civil Engineer (5–10 years)
to join our team for
onsite construction projects within Mumbai
. The role involves end-to-end supervision of villa, bungalow, and high-end residential projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Mumbai.
  • Manage and monitor
    construction timelines, material requirements, and costs
    .
  • Prepare and review
    BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
    for all construction materials.
  • Conduct
    quality checks
    of materials through physical inspections.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are executed with high precision, meeting design and safety standards.
  • Handle site-level problem-solving and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience
    in building construction (preferably villas, bungalows, or residential projects).
  • Strong knowledge of
    construction materials, BOQs, costing, and project timelines
    .
  • Hands-on experience in site execution and quality checks.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Based in
    Mumbai
    and willing to travel across sites within the city.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
