Job summary

Seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our residential real estate company. This role requires managing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met in an office-based full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop, organize, and review plans and specifications for construction projects, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with legal guidelines and safety standards.
  • Site Supervision: Manage on-site construction activities, including coordinating with contractors and workers, to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that construction projects are carried out according to set standards and regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing necessary corrections.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, such as manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize project efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to optimize engineering efforts and achieve project objectives.
  • Software Proficiency: MS Office, AutoCAD

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering within the real estate or construction industry, with a focus on residential projects.
  • Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.

  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
  • Strong project management skills
