As we scale our AI-driven Astrology ecosystem, we are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to build a future-ready organization that attracts, retains, and develops exceptional talent to fuel our next phase of exponential growth.

Role Overview:

The CHRO will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing AstroSageAI's people and culture strategy. This includes driving organizational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring a high-performance, value-driven environment aligned with the companys growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with business goals and cultural values.
  • Partner with leadership to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives that support scalability and innovation.

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Build a strong employer brand that attracts high-performing digital and tech talent.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, ensuring speed, quality, and culture fit.
  • Implement strategies to improve talent density and retention.

3. Performance & Culture Management

  • Drive a high-performance culture through data-backed appraisal systems and continuous feedback mechanisms.
  • Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and well-being programs.
  • Instill a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across teams.

4. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

  • Design competitive compensation structures and incentive frameworks to motivate top performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Oversee HR operations, audits, and governance.

5. Learning, Growth & Leadership Development

  • Create leadership development programs to build the next generation of AstroSageAI leaders.
  • Foster continuous learning through structured L&D initiatives and digital capability building.

6. People Analytics & HR Tech Enablement

  • Leverage analytics to drive decisions on hiring, engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Lead digital transformation across HR processes to enhance agility and employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 7 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven success in scaling HR functions in digital-first, technology, or fast-growth organizations.
  • Strong expertise in organizational development, leadership coaching, and culture transformation.
