Job Overview

The Cab Booking Process Executive is a Junior-level, full-time position based in Hyderabad. This role requires handling cab booking processes efficiently within a UK BPO setup, ensuring top-notch customer service. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be well-versed in customer service software and call center telephony. The primary goal is to deliver seamless booking experiences while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluent English communication skills for clear and efficient interaction with clients and colleagues. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in customer service software to manage client interactions and support tickets effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience with call center telephony systems to handle high-volume incoming and outgoing calls. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems to accurately maintain customer information and history.
  • Exceptional data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reduce errors in bookings.
  • Problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve customer issues and booking discrepancies swiftly.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, manage data, and communicate efficiently.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints or booking issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
