Branch ManagerOverall handling the branch - looking after salesand operationsEfficiently manage student walk -in inquiries andCold Calling.Explain available IT courses and payment plans tocandidates, addressing their questions and concerns.Follow up with candidates regarding courseenrolment and payments.Make reminder calls for outstanding payments.Handling the team of counsellors.Looking after the P&L of the branch,operations, petty cash.Ensuring that the batches are run smoothly on adaily basis.Manage the complete student admission process fromstart to end.Assess and optimize student recruitment strategiesby analysing their effectiveness.Greet and assist prospective students by handlingpaperwork, conducting interviews, and following up with emails and phone calls.Update and schedule upcoming batches, keeping allteam members, trainers, and students informed.Meet targets set by the Branch Manager.Managing all the operational activities andday -to -day life -cycle of the institute such as batch formation andcoordination, faculty coordination, classroom arrangement, etc.Working on Maximizing the Referrals.Collecting Feedbacks & Reviews from thestudents. RequirementsExperience in the education industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills, witha friendly and confident demeanourStrong sales and negotiation skills, with theability to persuade customers to buy our coursesAbility to multitask and manage time effectively
