Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic AI-Enhanced Marketing Specialist to join our team and leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools to drive innovative marketing campaigns and streamline content creation processes. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop compelling marketing content using Large Language Models (LLMs) including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy
• Optimize AI-generated content for brand voice, SEO, and audience engagement
• Create content calendars and manage multi-channel content distribution
• A/B test different AI-generated content variations to optimize performance

Visual Design & Brand Assets

• Design marketing collateral, social media graphics, and digital assets using AI-powered tools in Figma and Canva
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications while leveraging AI design capabilities
• Create templates and design systems that can be scaled using AI tools
• Establish AI-enhanced workflows for design

Marketing Automation & Process Optimization

• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows using N8N or similar platforms (Zapier, )
• Automate content creation pipelines from ideation to publication
• Integrate AI tools with existing marketing technology stack (Salesforce CRM, email platforms, social media schedulers)
• Develop automated reporting and analytics dashboards

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging AI tools for efficiency and personalization
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize using AI-driven insights
• Manage social media presence with AI-assisted content scheduling and engagement
• Support lead generation and nurturing through automated workflows

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 2-4 years of marketing experience with demonstrable AI tool usage (tool usage >1 year experience)
• Proven experience creating content using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, , etc.)
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools in Figma or Canva
• Experience with workflow automation platforms (N8N, Zapier, , or similar)
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in prompt engineering for content creation and optimization
• Strong understanding of AI tool capabilities and limitations
• Experience integrating multiple AI tools into cohesive workflows
• Basic understanding of APIs and webhook integrations
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tracking tools

Marketing Fundamentals

• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles across channels
• Experience with social media marketing and community management
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization
• Understanding of email marketing and lead nurturing strategies
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced AI Experience

• Experience with specialized AI tools (Midjourney, N8N, etc.)
