We are looking for a highly disciplined and experienced Security Manager, preferably ex-defence or ex-police, to oversee and strengthen our factory security and ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and operations.

Your Role:

As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring security protocols to safeguard our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee security operations across the entire factory premises.
  • Implement access control measures to prevent unauthorized entry.
  • Manage CCTV surveillance, perimeter security, and emergency response plans.
  • Ensure safety of employees, raw materials, and finished goods from theft, sabotage, or security threats.
  • Train and supervise security personnel for vigilance and quick response.
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies when required.
  • Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and safety drills
  • Handle incident reports, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Supervise external service providers supplying guards & supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/police training.
  • Experience:5 - 10 years in security management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environments.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, crisis management, and emergency response expertise.
  • Preferred:Ex-Defence/Ex-Police personnel with experience in industrial security management.
