We Are Hiring Recovery Executive In Rajsthan.

Job Title: Recovery Executive
Department: Collections & Recovery

Reports To: Recovery Manager / Branch Manager
Job Type: Full-time
(only male can apply)

• Follow up with delinquent customers via phone calls and field visits

• Identify and trace defaulters to recover pending dues

• Negotiate repayment terms and educate customers on payment obligations

• Maintain daily records of recovery status and customer interactions

• Visit customers' premises for on-ground recovery and settlement discussions

• Escalate chronic default cases for legal or repossession action

• Coordinate with the legal team for recovery through proper channels

• Resolve disputes or customer grievances related to repayment

• Meet monthly recovery targets and minimize NPA levels

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

• Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any field

• 1–3 years of experience in recovery/collections (preferably in NBFC or microfinance)

• Knowledge of loan products and recovery procedures

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel and work in field-based recovery roles

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
