 6 months – 3 years in EdTech / Technical Course Sales / Inside Sales

Salary Range:
 ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives (OTE ₹55K–₹70K+)

Languages:

We are now expanding our 
onsite sales team
 in Kolkata to drive growth for our flagship courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with 
    warm leads
     generated via marketing campaigns (no random cold calling)
  • Convert leads from 
    free masterclasses
     and webinars into paid course enrollments
  • Understand student career goals and recommend the right tech course fit
  • Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets
  • Maintain lead and sales activity logs in CRM tools (Google Sheets/HubSpot)
  • Coordinate with marketing for feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
  • Assist in live conversion events by handling chat queries and instant follow-ups

Who Should Apply

  • 6 months – 3 years 
    inside sales
     or 
    counselling
     experience in 
    EdTech / IT Training
  • Past experience selling coding, cloud, AI, or tech skill programs is 
    highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills in 
    English & Hindi
  • Comfortable with 
    high-volume calling
     and quick follow-ups (speed matters more than long consultation cycles)
  • Target-driven with a proven record of hitting or exceeding monthly sales goals
