We are seeking a Business Manager who acts as a "business owner" rather than just a functional manager. Sitting above the Cluster Managers, you will be responsible for your zone's P&L and operational excellence.
๐ ๐ผ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐ป๐ผ๐ป-๐ป๐ฒ๐ด๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ: This leadership position requires agility. You will undergo intensive training at our Gurugram headquarters. Post-training, you must be willing to relocate to lead operations in any of our existing cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, etc.) as business demands.
