Our flagship location spans 5,000 square feet and operates as a state-of-the-art fertility and wellness clinic in the heart of Bangalore city. We currently serve patients from both our centers located on Old Airport Road, Sahakar Nagar, HSR layout, Whitefield, Sarjapura Road, JP Nagar and E City.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager for an on-site position at our Bengaluru facilities. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, including staff management, patient care coordination, and implementing efficient workflows. This role requires monitoring clinic performance, ensuring high service quality, and analyzing key operational metrics to promote the clinic's growth. The individual will also collaborate with various teams to improve patient satisfaction and optimize resources.

Qualifications

  • candidates from IVF / Hospital industry will be preferred.
  • Minimum Graduation / MBA/MHA is added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year work experience as Operation Manager.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail
  • Experience in healthcare operations, facility management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using operational and management software
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment and prioritize tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in fertility or medical healthcare services is an advantage
