Job Brief:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The role requires a people-oriented professional who can handle HR operations effectively while maintaining confidentiality and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and corrections.
- Handle payroll calculations and monthly salary inputs.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and service documents.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
- Verify sales team expenses and advances.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Support management in HR-related tasks and improvements.
- Coordinate with management for HR policy implementation.
- Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
- Participate in PMS (Participate in PMS (Performance Management System) )
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
- Strong experience in payroll calculation, attendance, and expense verification.
- Exposure to manufacturing, warehouse, or multi-location operations preferred
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350, ₹450,000.00 per year
