Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    Accounts Payable (AP)
    operations end-to-end including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation
  • Verify and certify contract bills
    as per work order terms
  • Perform
    Work Order checking
    , cost validation, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Prepare and manage
    GST filings
    ,
    TDS deductions
    , and related statutory compliances
  • Work on
    Tally ERP
    for accounting entries, vendor ledger maintenance, and expense tracking
  • Generate and analyze Excel reports for accounts and finance functions
  • Maintain and monitor accounts payable aging and resolve vendor queries
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation

Must-Have Skills:


Advanced Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reports, etc.)

Strong knowledge of
Accounts Payable
processes

Hands-on experience with
Contract Billing & Certification

Well-versed with
TDS & GST
processes and compliance


Tally ERP
proficiency is a must

Attention to detail, deadline-focused, and organized

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in core accounting, especially AP
  • Based in
    Chennai
    or willing to relocate immediately
  • Must be available for
    face-to-face interview
    at short notice
  • Preferably from construction, facility management, infra, or project-based companies (if industry preference exists)
