Job Title: Automation Test Lead
Job Summary :
Were looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead to drive the design, development, and execution of automated testing strategies across our software projects. Youll lead a team of QA engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable test automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a robust test automation strategy aligned with project goals
- Lead the selection and integration of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress)
- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to identify automation candidates
- Oversee script development, execution, and maintenance
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor test coverage, report metrics, and ensure timely feedback to stakeholders
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in automation
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
* Should have good knowledge in Test Automation tools like Selenium.
- Should have good knowledge in Business Domains and should able to analyse business requirements.
- Should possess strong leadership qualities.
- Street smart and should be very strong in communication and agile.
- Good command over English.
- Should know of all the latest software technologies.
