Job Title: Automation Test Lead

Job Summary :

Were looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead to drive the design, development, and execution of automated testing strategies across our software projects. Youll lead a team of QA engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable test automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a robust test automation strategy aligned with project goals
  • Lead the selection and integration of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress)
  • Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to identify automation candidates
  • Oversee script development, execution, and maintenance
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitor test coverage, report metrics, and ensure timely feedback to stakeholders
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in automation
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards

* Should have good knowledge in Test Automation tools like Selenium.

  • Should have good knowledge in Business Domains and should able to analyse business requirements.
  • Should possess strong leadership qualities.
  • Street smart and should be very strong in communication and agile.
  • Good command over English.
  • Should know of all the latest software technologies.
