Location: Dreamcatcher Plantation Resort, Bison Valley, Munnar

Position: Full-Time

Reports To: Operations Manager


Role Overview:

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, managing guest relations, and leading the front office team to provide exceptional service. This role ensures a high standard of guest satisfaction and efficient resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Ensure excellent service during check-ins/outs and resolve guest concerns promptly.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, create work schedules, and evaluate performance.

  • Operations: Oversee room reservations, billing, and daily reports. Ensure efficient front office operations.

  • Guest Relations: Handle VIPs and special requests, monitor guest satisfaction, and collect feedback.

  • Coordination: Work with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.

  • Compliance: Ensure safety and health regulations are met, including emergency procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

  • Experience: 8 years in front office management, preferably in a 4-star resort.

  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Other: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Should be based in Kerala. Ability to speak fluently in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil.

Compensation:

Competitive salary with accommodation and meals provided.

This role is crucial in creating a seamless, high-quality experience for all guests, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
