Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using ReactJS (front-end) and Java 11+ with Spring Boot (back-end).

  • Build and optimize microservices architecture ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.

  • Work with AWS cloud services to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in production.

  • Integrate Apache Kafka for real-time messaging and event-driven architecture.

  • Implement and optimize data persistence layers using MongoDB (NoSQL) and PostgreSQL (RDBMS).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

Technical Skills Required :

  • Strong expertise in ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, functional components, ES6+).

  • Hands-on experience with Java 11 or higher and Spring Boot framework.

  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

  • Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, etc.).

  • Proficiency in Kafka for distributed messaging and streaming.

  • Database experience with MongoDB (NoSQL) and PostgreSQL (SQL).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

Good to Have :

  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

  • Exposure to GraphQL and API Gateway.

  • Knowledge of performance tuning, caching (Redis/Elasticache), and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, CloudWatch).

  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
