Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our decarbonisation strategy and climate action initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving carbon reduction across operations, aligning with global climate frameworks, and supporting our transition to a low-carbon future.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement decarbonisation strategies aligned with company goals and climate commitments.
  • Monitor and report greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across scopes 1, 2, and 3.
  • Lead carbon accounting, footprint analysis, and target setting (e.g., SBTi).
  • Drive energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption, and low-carbon technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with climate-related regulations and disclosure frameworks (e.g., CDP, TCFD, DJSI).
  • Collaborate with ESG, operations, and procurement teams to integrate carbon reduction into business processes.
  • Engage with external stakeholders including auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Track climate policy developments and industry best practices.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on decarbonisation performance and progress.
  • Support climate risk assessments and scenario analysis.
  • ESG/ Sustainability Reporting (GRI).

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of decarbonisation strategies and climate science
  • Experience with carbon accounting tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with global climate frameworks (SBTi, CDP, TCFD, GHG Protocol, Net Zero Pathways)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Stakeholder engagement and project management
  • Energy audits and Management System (ISO 50001)

Preferred Profile

  • 10-15 years of experience in climate action, sustainability, or ESG
  • Proven track record in implementing carbon reduction initiatives and reporting
  • Experience in climate-related disclosures and regulatory compliance
