Role & responsibilities
Job Description:
The Sales Executive will be responsible, converting leads into customers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The candidate should have experience in B2B and B2C sales, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries for travel/transport services
Understand client requirements and offer suitable packages and solutions
Prepare and share quotations based on client budgets and preferences
Follow up diligently to convert leads into confirmed bookings
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Visit corporate clients when required to pitch services or resolve concerns
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and bookings in Excel
Regularly update management with reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback
Monthly sales targets
- Bring in 4 new clients a month
Requirements / Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 23 years of sales experience (experience in travel, logistics, or service industry is preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic Excel; CRM knowledge is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
Willingness to travel for client meetings
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented
