Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

The Sales Executive will be responsible, converting leads into customers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The candidate should have experience in B2B and B2C sales, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries for travel/transport services

  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable packages and solutions

  • Prepare and share quotations based on client budgets and preferences

  • Follow up diligently to convert leads into confirmed bookings

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

  • Visit corporate clients when required to pitch services or resolve concerns

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and bookings in Excel

  • Regularly update management with reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback

Monthly sales targets

  • Bring in 4 new clients a month

Requirements / Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 23 years of sales experience (experience in travel, logistics, or service industry is preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic Excel; CRM knowledge is a plus

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented
