Key Responsibilities:

* Social Media Management:

* Develop and execute engaging content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.

* Plan and schedule regular posts, stories, and reels to drive brand awareness and engagement.

* Manage daily social media interactions, including responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.

* Analyze social media metrics to optimize strategies and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative.

* PR & Brand Exposure:

* Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.

* Draft press releases, media kits, and pitch decks to secure press coverage and partnerships.

* Plan and execute PR campaigns to generate buzz around new product launches or brand milestones.

* Monitor brand reputation and manage crisis communication when necessary.

* Coordinate with influencers and celebrities for collaborations, product reviews, and sponsored content.

* Collaboration & Strategy:

* Work closely with the marketing team to align PR and social media efforts with larger brand goals.

* Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns that cross both social media and PR channels.

* Manage social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram Ads, etc.) for lead generation and brand awareness.

* Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

* 1 or more years of experience in social media management and public relations.

* Freshers are also welcome.

* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and PR best practices.

* Excellent writing and communication skills.

* Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and social media growth if experienced.

* Ability to think creatively and strategically.

* Strong organizational and project management skills.

* Knowledge of influencer marketing is a plus.
