Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Daily tasks include managing social media marketing, optimizing lead generation campaigns, analyzing web performance, developing digital marketing plans, and ensuring maximum ROI on paid ad campaigns. The role also focuses on collaborating with other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing with a strong understanding of content creation, engagement strategies, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Marketing, with a proven ability to create and implement targeted campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics and Digital Marketing, including data analysis, SEO, and performance tracking.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in eCommerce or digital marketplaces is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, with relevant certifications being an advantage.
